This Privacy Policy explains how Shambu Studio («we», «us», or «our») collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the mobile game Block Wars: Falling Duel (the «Game»).
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the Game, we may process the following categories of information:
- Game profile and preferences: player name, selected country or flag, selected character appearance, badge selection, language, settings, progress, and locally stored game data.
- Online multiplayer data: lobby and match identifiers, invitation and rematch status, gameplay state, connection status, client identifier, and information required to connect players and maintain an online match.
- Technical and diagnostic data: device type, operating system version, app version, crash information, performance information, network status, IP address, and server logs.
- Advertising data: advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, ad impressions, clicks and other ad interactions, device information, and diagnostic data. This data may be processed by Google AdMob and its advertising partners.
- Purchase data: product identifier, purchase status, purchase token or receipt information, and entitlement status for purchased badges. Payment card and billing details are processed by Google Play and are not received by us.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- operate the Game and provide single-player and online multiplayer functionality;
- save settings, progress, appearance choices, and purchased badge entitlements;
- match players, maintain game sessions, reconnect interrupted matches, and prevent abuse;
- process and restore in-app purchases;
- show advertisements and measure advertising performance;
- diagnose crashes, connection problems, and performance issues;
- protect the security and integrity of the Game and comply with legal obligations.
3. Advertising and consent
The Game uses Google AdMob to display banner and interstitial advertisements. Google and its partners may collect and process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, ad interaction data, and technical information in order to deliver, limit, personalize, measure, and protect advertisements.
Where required, the Game uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request or manage consent choices. Depending on your location and choices, you may receive personalized ads, non-personalized ads, limited ads, or ads used only for technical delivery.

4. In-app purchases
The Game offers one-time purchases of permanent cosmetic badges through Google Play. Google Play processes the payment and may provide us with purchase confirmation and entitlement information. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
5. Sharing of information
We may share information with:
- Google: for Google Play Billing, app distribution, fraud prevention, consent management, and AdMob advertising;
- hosting and infrastructure providers: where necessary to operate online multiplayer servers and store technical logs;
- service providers: that help us maintain, secure, diagnose, or improve the Game;
- authorities or other parties: when required by law, necessary to protect rights and safety, or needed to investigate fraud or abuse.
We do not sell payment card information. Advertising providers may process data as described in their own privacy policies and according to your consent choices.
6. Data storage and retention
Some settings and progress are stored locally on your device. Online multiplayer and diagnostic information may be stored on our servers or those of our service providers. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Game, maintain security, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it is processed.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your country, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of certain personal information, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing.
You can also:
- change advertising privacy choices through any privacy options presented in the Game or by your device and Google account settings;
- reset or limit the Android advertising identifier through Android settings;
- delete locally stored Game data by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the Game;
- contact us regarding data associated with online multiplayer or support requests.
We may need information sufficient to verify your request. Certain data may be retained where required by law, for security, fraud prevention, or legitimate recordkeeping.
9. Children’s privacy
The Game is not directed to children under the minimum age required to consent to data processing in their country. We do not knowingly request that children provide direct contact information through the Game. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us improperly, contact us so that we can review and take appropriate action.

Information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live, including countries where our service providers operate. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
